Plaintiff, South/Southwest Association of Realtors, Inc., filed this action on December *83418, 1996, against The Village of Crestwood, seeking to enjoin the enforcement of certain residential “for sale” sign ordinances that had been in effect for some twenty-five years, apparently without having been enforced by the Village.
