This case has been referred to the undersigned by Hon. William M. Skretny for pretrial matters, pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 636(b)(1)(A). Plaintiff has filed a motion pursuant to Rule 37 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure to compel defendants Dow and PPG to produce documents responsive to plaintiffs 6th and 7th request for production.
