concurring:

On rehearing, the State asks us to reconsider our decision and inter alia, to provide flexibility to the one hour time limit set forth in NRS 171.123(4). If law enforcement showed that a search warrant could not be obtained in one hour with a good faith effort, I would be inclined to give some relief from the rather stringent one *783hour requirement.
