MEMORANDUM OPINION

ADAMS, Judge.

¶ 1 Claimant Darrell Wayne Dozier seeks review of an order of the Workers’ Compensation Court which denied him benefits after finding that Claimant’s injury — sustained while playing basketball at an evening fund-raising game for the Carl Albert basketball program — did not arise out of and in the course of his employment with Employer Mid-Del School System.
