OPINION

Per Curiam:

On May 3, 1996, Dr. Paul Debello was shot at his Las Vegas clinic. Based on Dr. Debello’s photo-identification of appellant Robert Eric Brown as his assailant, along with eyewitness identification of the assailant’s vehicle that belonged to Brown’s friend and was reported stolen on the day of the shooting, Brown was arrested for committing the crime.
