The matter before the court in this chapter 13 case is the Complaint for Injunction to Enforce Covenant Not to Compete filed on behalf of Kwik-Kopy Corporation. Debtor and Kwik-Kopy entered into a franchise agreement dated July 3,1985. The franchise agreement contained a covenant not to compete with certain restrictions.
