This Adversary Proceeding was brought by the Debtors, Joe and Elizabeth Ann Thacker (“Debtors” or “Thackers”), for the purpose of setting aside a mortgage they consensually placed on their property to secure a debt owed to Defendant, United Companies Lending Corporation (“Defendant/Creditor”).
