The question in this case is whether a supplier of agricultural commodities is barred from the benefits of the statutory trust established by the provisions of the Perishable Agricultural Commodities Act

on the ground that the time for payment allowed by the supplier exceeded the time limits established by the Secretary of Agriculture’s regulations.
