[¶ 1] Marlene Livonia appeals from the judgment entered in the Superior Court (Kennebec County,

Marden, J.)

dismissing her complaint for failure to state a claim on which relief may be granted pursuant to M.R. Civ. P. 12(b)(6). She contends that the court erred in dismissing her complaint against the Town of Rome. We disagree.
