STATEMENT OF THE CASE

Gary Ebbinghouse and Diana S. Ebbing-house (hereinafter “Ebbinghouse”) appeal the trial court’s entry of summary judgment in favor of FirstFleet, Inc. (“FirstFleet”). The sole issue presented for our review is whether the trial court erred when it concluded as a matter of law that FirstFleet owed no duty to Ebbinghouse.
