SELBY, Justice.
Appellant Robert C. Coleman executed a waiver of his right to trial by jury. He was tried before the court and found guilty of Murder, Ind.Code § 35-42-1-1 (Supp.1991), and Carrying a Handgun Without a License, a Class D Felony, Ind.Code-§ 35-47-2-1 and 23(c) (1988).
