, has been sentenced to death by electrocution for first degree murder. He has filed a Petition for á writ of habeas corpus, pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 2254, challenging both his conviction and sentence. The Court held an evidentiary hearing in this matter beginning on February 6,1998.
