Pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 12(b)(6), defendant The Procter & Gamble Company (“P & G”) moves to dismiss this declaratory judgment action. Alternatively, pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1404(a), P & G requests this Court to transfer venue of this action to the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Ohio.
