The Plaintiff brought this action alleging violations of the Americans with Disabilities Act (“ADA”), 28 U.S.C. §§ J2101

et seq.,

and the Pennsylvania Human Relations Act (“PHRA”), 43 Pa.C.S. §§ 951

et seq.

Presently before the Court is the Defendant’s Motion for Summary Judgment.

For the reasons that follow, the Defendant’s Motion will be granted.
