Plaintiff, a former employee of Raytheon Aircraft Company (“Raytheon”), brought suit under Section 1981, Title VII, the ADEA, and state common law, alleging employment discrimination, retaliation, and breach of contract. On July 23, 1998, the Court sustained defendant’s motions for summary judgment and partial dismissal.
