MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER GRANTING PLAINTIFF’S MOTION FOR SUMMARY JUDGMENT AND DENYING DEFENDANT’S MOTION FOR SUMMARY JUDGMENT

Plaintiff, Logistics Personnel Corp., brought the instant action seeking to vacate a July 25, 1997 Arbitrator’s Opinion and Award. Defendant has also filed a counterclaim seeking to enforce the arbitrator’s award.
