Plaintiff, Gail Thomas, filed a Complaint in this Court on October 20, 1997, seeking review of the Commissioner’s decision to deny her claim for disability insurance benefits under Title XVI of the Social Security Act. 42 U.S.C. § 1381. This Court may review a final decision by the Commissioner. 42 U.S.C. § 405(g).
