Eloy Upson Serna appeals from a judgment revoking his probation and sentencing him to four years imprisonment. On his open plea of guilty, the trial court originally found him guilty of driving while intoxicated and assessed punishment at four years imprisonment. However, imposition of the sentence was suspended and appellant was placed on probation for four years.
