This appeal resulted from a conviction for indecency with a child and aggravated sexual assault against Appellant’s six year old niece. At trial, the court submitted ten counts to the jury; five counts of indecency with a child and five counts of aggravated sexual assault. Each count of indecency corresponded by date to a count of aggravated sexual assault.
