HAMILTON, District Judge.

Plaintiff Flotee, Inc. manufactures and sells oxygen regulators for medical uses. In this action Flotee seeks a preliminary injunction against a competitor for alleged misappropriation of its trade secrets and for infringement of the trade dress of its regulators.
