The plaintiff Laser Labs, Inc. (“Laser Labs”), a Massachusetts corporation, brought suit against the defendant ETL Testing Laboratories, Inc., a subsidiary of Inchcape Testing Laboratories, Inc. (“ETL”), a New York corporation, asserting a number of theories of recovery.
