Petitioner Ronald Mask petitions this Court for a writ of

habeas corpus

pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 2254, challenging his February 20, 1992 convictions for two counts of Robbery in the First Degree and one count of Robbery in the Third Degree on the ground that he was denied effective assistance of counsel in violation of the Sixth and Fourteenth Amendments.
