MEMORANDUM AND ORDER
MAGNUSON, District Judge.
This matter is before the Court upon Plaintiff, Deja Vu Entertainment Enterprises of Minnesota, Inc.’s (“Deja Vu”) Motion for Summary Judgment. For the following reasons, the Court grants Plaintiffs motion.
