OPINION The State of Ohio is appealing the decision of the Canton Municipal Court that excluded the testimony of Terrence Hall in the prosecution of a domestic violence case. The facts giving rise to this appeal are as follows. On January 28, 1997, Appellee Thomas Brown was charged with one count of domestic violence in violation of R.C. 2919.25 (A).
