HARGRAVE, Justice.

¶ 1 The issue before us is the standard of proof required in a proceeding to terminate the guardianship of a minor under 30 O.S. 1991 § 4-804. The natural father of a six-year-old daughter sought to terminate her guardianship for the reason that the guardianship was no longer necessary.
