Eugenia Bray was convicted by a jury of DUI, no proof of insurance, and violation of the open container law. Her motion for new trial as amended was denied, and she appeals. Bray’s principal con*787tention is that the trial court erroneously refused to exclude her post-arrest statements. We find no reversible error and affirm.
