Appellant Harold Stivers was convicted in a bench trial of fourth-offense DWI and fifth-offense DWI. He was thereafter sentenced to two three-year prison sentences, with the sentences to run concurrently. Mr. Sti-vers now appeals, arguing that there was insufficient evidence to support his convictions.
