Adaptive Power Solutions, LLC (“APS”), a defense industry subcontractor, sued Hughes Missile Systems Company (“Hughes”) and Raytheon Company (collectively the “defendants”) for allegedly violating section 1 of the Sherman Act and related state law claims.
