Plaintiff Abdullah Alizai (“Alizai”) brought this action for relief under Title *754VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, as amended, 42 U.S.C. Section 2000(e) et seq. (“Title VII”)- Alizai alleges that he was subject to discrimination on the basis of his national origin by Ms former employer, Defendant MVM, Incorporated (“MVM”).
