Compuware Corporation (“Compuware”) discharged its employee Laurence Schillinger (“Sehillinger”) at the request of Compuware’s client, KPMG Peat Marwick (“Peat Mar-wick”), because Sehillinger threatened to complain about Compuware’s employment practices to the State of Michigan (“the State”).
