Nicole Bergstrom-Ek appeals from a final judgment entered in the District Court for the District of Minnesota granting Best Oil, Co. d/b/a The Little Stores (“Little Stores”) summary judgment on several state law claims and judgment as a matter of law on Ek’s claims of sex discrimination based on pregnancy and reprisal.
