Appellant Oliver Odedo appeals his conviction and sentence following his guilty plea to eleven counts of wire fraud in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 1343 and three counts of use of a false social security number in violation of 42 U.S.C. § 408(a)(7)(B). Odedo contends that the trial court erred in refusing to allow him to withdraw his guilty plea.
