STATEMENT OF THE CASE

The Jefferson Parish District Attorney filed a three count bill of information charging the defendant, Paul J. McQuaig, with one count of aggravated oral sexual battery in violation of LSA-R.S. 14:43.4 (Count 1), one count of molestation of a juvenile in violation of LSA-R.S. 14:81.2 (Count 2), and one count of sexual battery in violation of LSA-R.S. 14:43.
