This matter arises out of an automobile accident, the occurrence of which is contested. After a bench trial, judgment was rendered in favor of the plaintiffs and against the defendants, Capitol Transportation Corporation (CTC) and Nancy Kelly, driver of the bus and employee of CTC, awarding each of the five plaintiffs the sum of $1,200.00 in damages plus medical expenses.
