The defendant, John Raymond Peczyn-ski, appeals from the judgment of conviction, rendered after a jury trial, of reckless endangerment in the second degree in violation of General Statutes § 53a-64.1 The defendant was acquitted of one count of interfering with an officer in violation of General Statutes § 53a-167a.
