THIS CAUSE is before the Court upon a particularly egregious attempt to unfairly manipulate the Bankruptcy Code and Rules. This bankruptcy case was filed on April 14, 1998, by the filing of an incomplete chapter 13 petition. On June 15, 1998, the creditor Norma Hendrix filed a motion for relief from stay.
