This is an appeal from a decision of the Virginia Employment Commission (“VEC” or “Commission”) which denied unemployment benefits to Susan D. Howell. At issue is whether the termination of Howell from her employment was for misconduct connected with her work within the meaning ofVa. Code § 60.2-618(2).
