Plaintiff Isabel Cintron filed an action under the Federal Tort Claims Act, 28 U.S.C. § 2671, et seq., for injuries suffered after a slip and fall at the employee Commissary at Fort Buchanan, San Juan, Puerto Rico. Jurisdiction is available pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1346(b).
