Robert Felmet filed three separate workers’ compensation claims relating to accidents which occurred while under Duke Power’s employ. The claims were scheduled to be heard before Deputy Commissioner Berger when the parties reached an Agreement for Compromise and Settlement and Release (“compromise settlement”).
