On January 7, 1999, Albert and Earlene Macklin filed a voluntary petition for relief under the provisions of chapter 13 of the United States Bankruptcy Code. The Debtors’ proposed plan characterizes Mirly Truck Sales (“Mirly”) as a secured creditor with a claim of $14,000.00 secured by a lien on a 1997 Transcraft flatbed trailer valued at $14,000.00.
