[¶ 1] Both parties appeal the judgment entered in the Superior Court (Washington County,

Marden, J.)

establishing the location of their common boundary and granting a prescriptive easement to the plaintiffs, Marion Dowley and her cotenants

(the Dowleys), to use a driveway, parking area, and footpath existing, in part, on land owned by the defendants, Raymond and Diane Morency.
