This matter comes before the Court on Complaint To Determine Dischargeability of Debt filed by SunTrust Bank, Savannah, N.A., as assignee and/or successor of Trust Company of Georgia Bank of Savannah, N.A. SunTrust Bank complains the debt is nondis-chargeable pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 523(a)(4).
