This matter is before the Court on appeal from the bankruptcy court’s March 2, 1999 decision below, pursuant to 28 U.S.C. §§ 1334 and 157.

Facts

Appellant, Ann Robin Paul, brings this appeal against Appellee, Allen L. Forman, her former husband and a bankruptcy debtor. The parties were married from 1970 until November 26, 1996.
