Plaintiff, Shirley Spain, as administrator of the estate of her husband, Marshal L. Spain (decedent), sued numerous manufacturers of asbestos-containing products, including Owens Corning Fiberglass Corporation (OC). Her complaint alleged the manufacturers were responsible for decedent’s injuries and later death.
