Pending before the Court are the motions of Defendants Michael Mostow (“Mostow”), Lindenhurst Union Free School District (“District”), and the Board of Education of Lindenhurst Union Free School District (“Board”) for summary judgment in this civil rights action brought pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 1983.
