ORDER GRANTING MOTION FOR SUMMARY JUDGMENT

KENT, District Judge.

Plaintiff Darryl Smith brings claims against his former employer, United Parcel Service of Ohio, Inc. (“UPS”). Smith alleges that he was discriminated against and retaliated against in violation of the Americans with Disabilities Act (“ADA”), 42 U.S.C. §§ 12101-12213.
