Petitioner Cedrela Transport, Ltd. (“Ce-drela”) brings the instant petition pursuant to 9 U.S.C. § 1

et seq.

against respondent Banque Cantónale Vaudoise (“Cantónale”) to strike Cantonale’s demand for arbitration. Cantónale opposes Cedrela’s petition and cross-moves to assert certain counterclaims.
