INTRODUCTION

Defendant, John Tibbs (“Tibbs”) moves this Court to suppress evidence seized from the home of Khatisia Goode (“Goode”) during a warrantless search conduct by Boston Police Officers on May 2, 1996. The Government contends that the failure to secure a warrant is excused by Goode’s consent to the search.
