INTRODUCTION

This anti-trust case is presently before the Court on separate Motions to Dismiss filed by Defendants Northwest Airlines (“Northwest”) and Airline Reporting Corporation (“ARC”). In substance, Plaintiffs lawsuit under sections 1 and 2 of the Sherman Act, 15 U.S.C. § 1 et seq.
