OPINION AND ORDER

On February 2, 1999, Defendant UTI Corporation, d/b/a as Micro-Coax, filed a motion to dismiss, stay or transfer this case. With this motion, Defendant UTI argues that this case be transferred because UTI first filed a suit against Plaintiff Plating Resources, Inc. in the Eastern District of Pennsylvania [Doc. 4].
